Canadian regulations addressing child pornography are set out in Part V of your Canadian Legal Code, working with Sexual Offences, General public Morals and Disorderly Carry out: Offences Tending to Corrupt Morals. Part 163.1 on the Code, enacted in 1993, defines child pornography to include "a visual representation, whether it had been created by
